4. Craig Cannings, trainer for VAs and aspiring video tutorial creators with his podcast called Teach, Inspire and Profit;

and also has references to Paul Colligan and his New Media Content Creation Model  (discussed in episode 62 of his podcast show at  www.ThePodcastReport.com).

There are also mentioned examples of repurposed content from newer streaming and video communication methods from:

Daniel J Lewis and his Audacity to Podcast show

and

Ray Ortega, the chief host of Podcasters Roundtable.

 We begin to explore the value to screencasters, bloggers, authors, video creators, blabbers, and other New Media content creators of repurposing their content into audio podcasts — and the results of this new phenomenon.

40- Legal Issues today from screencasts and podcasts to blab – etc.

This episode is an interview with David Lizerbram of www.lizerbramlaw.com, conducted by Lon Naylor and myself of www.SkillsInScreencastsAndPodcasts.com.

Skills in Screencasts and Podcasts-2014

As you will hear in this audio episode, David Lizerbram has recently entered the podosphere as of 2 November 2015 as a Podcaster with his show called Products of the Mind (available in iTunes(R) and other locations. What is interesting is that this podcast is not entirely about the law of New Media. While he does provide excellent coverage of legal issues (e.g., in episode 2, the discussion of the Law of Trademarks), he also includes themes about CREATIVITY, BUSINESS, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, etc. — along with some interviews of key innovators.

With a varied and interesting background of experience in film, music and media, he discusses his philosophy of providing assistance to entrepreneurs, especially in the New Media Space that includes Podcasting, Screencasting, as well as other new tools that are entrants in the video streaming environment that provide “blabbing” and “scoping” (i.e., periscope and blab).

David Lizerbram

In addition,  David shares with us his ebook called Podcast Law, which is free at this time from his web site (see below for link). It is a layman’s guide for easy understanding on topics from trademarks, copyright, music and audio, ads, testimonials, endorsements to monetization and interviewing.

Podcast Law and contents

You can get a variety of free tools and pdf documents at this time under the Resources section on the web sites at:

or

and some of the tools which can be downloaded are:

– Podcast Law ebook

– 7 Keys to Finding the Right Lawyer for Your Business

and other information from the blog, as well.

39- Google announces Podcast support

In this dated episode, we deliver a summary of the announcement by Google to finally support podcasts, and we also have links to key resources that give you the details and what they mean to you, as a Podcaster.

Link for google play music

As you will hear in this brief bonus episode, you can get a good summary and most of the key information from Ray Ortega in his bonus episode of The Podcasters Studio at www.thepodcastersstudio.com.

In addition, Ray’s podcast episode has links to the episode in which Rob Walch of The Feed podcast show interviews Elias Roman, the manager of the Google Project.

And here are other resources that are mentioned, either with links or by name:

(1) Daniel J Lewis — he has a brief Youtube video showing you how to submit your podcast to this project;

(2) Ileane Smith — her positive summary of this announcement;

(3) The link to The Feed episode with the interview by Rob Walch;

(4) Paul Figgiani and his concerns in the google+ community of The Podcasters;

(5) Mike Dell of the blubrry network, who had concerns.

More information should be coming — especially the time frame when the podcast listeners will be able to access and consume the podcasts (which is now stated by google as “as soon as possible.”

The link to submit your podcast to this project is:
